FAQ
When will my order ship?
All orders ship by the 15th of each month. If you place an order after the current month's cutoff, your books will be included in the following month's shipment -- so there may be a short wait before your first box goes out.
Do I need to fill out the reading preference survey?
Yes, and this is important! Before we can send your books, you or your gift recipient must complete the reading preference survey, which you will receive a link to once you place your order. Orders will not ship until the survey is submitted, so we recommend filling it out as soon as possible after purchase.
How do you choose the books?
We carefully curate each selection, and we prioritize titles published within the last 60 days. Sending newer releases keeps our picks fresh and significantly reduces the chance of receiving a book you already own.
What if I receive a book that isn't right for my child?
We select books based on publisher guidelines for age, maturity, and reading level, and we do our best to match each box to your survey responses. That said, every child is different, and we aren't able to personally review every title before it ships. Ultimately, parents and guardians are the best judges of what content is appropriate for their child.
Can I return or exchange my books?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
